به گزارش روابط عمومی سازمان لیگ فوتبال ایران با توجه به نامه فیفا مبنی بر باز شدن پنجره نقل و انتقالاتی باشگاه تراکتور تبریز بازیکنان این تیم مشکلی بابت حضور در میدان نخواهند داشت و مجوز بازی شان صادر شده است
همچنین باشگاه استقلال تهران هم قرارداد بازیکنانش را ثبت کرد و کارت بازیکنان این تیم هم صادر و به باشگاه تحویل شد
